Ms Theresa Fong, the Managing Director is also the founder of Caely Group of Companies. She has more than 20 years of experience in the lingerie industry.
She is from a rural family, in Machang Bubuk Bukit Mertajam Pulau Pinang. Her father is a rubber tapper and she has been working since her school days to help him support the family.
After completing her secondary education, she worked in a local lingerie company. She has never look back since then. She sharpened her skills in everything, from designing to marketing the lingerie
Based on her experience, Caelygirl was born in 1986, as the first Multi-Level Company to sold lingerie through the direct selling channel.
In 1990, due to tremendous response from international buyer, Classita was born, to cater the need of the export market especially Europe, US and East Asia.
The company has achieved an irrepressibe growth under her leadership and management skill. She has also received various accolade as to honour her achievements.
 
 
 

方玉蓉AMP是可人儿(马)有限公司董事经理及创办人，在女性内衣裤行业拥有而十多年的经验。她出 生于槟城大山脚。马章武末的一个割胶穷苦家庭。以半工读方式完成中小学课程。

曾于内衣厂担任门市销售员；裁剪员、原料采购、成本计算、产品设计员等等，令她掌握了内衣的制作
和行销方面的技术，为日后创业打下深厚的基础。八十年代初期，她已掌握到经商诀窍，自设可人儿Caelygirl
品牌，开始从事传销生意。 今天，可人儿的产品不仅销售全国，也成功打入欧洲、美洲及亚洲等国际市场。
方玉蓉AMP凭着一股刻苦耐劳的精神和过人的毅力，白手兴建起可人儿集团，曾经获颁多项荣誉奖。
她历年来所获的奖项包括：

●1998年荣获Chivas Regal奖及五十杰出企业奖。(50 Enterprise)
●1996年荣获欧洲品质奖及五十大杰出企业奖。
●1995年荣获Avon-Tan Sri Fatimah杰出女性奖。
