As a quality-driven manufacturer, Classita invests substantially in modern machinery to enhance its manufacturing capabilities. The result, lingerie whose quality of workmanship exceeds that of our counterparts from the low-labour cost countries. Some of the systems that are in place include the CAD system and computerized sewing machines.
We are currently expanding our premises, to accommodate our product development and expansion programs. The company currently occupies approximately 70,000 square feet for its production cum office building complex. By the middle of 2002, an additional 76,800 square feet of the same will soon be added. The quality of our products is also dependent on the quality of our labour force. At Classita, we're committed to providing a pleasant workplace for our workers that is conducive to productivity. All of our production areas are fully air-conditioned unlike the facilities of other manufacturers in this industry. The gains from our workers' productivity outweights the costs of developing these facilities. Besides the production cum office building complexes, Classita also provide hostel accommodation for its staff and currently has two units of a three-storey and double storey hostels. |
